Your booking will be automatically approved. However, if payment has not been completed online or via bank transfer, the booking will be considered invalid even if approved. If you’d like to pay on pickup, please email the seller to arrange.
All pick-up orders will be prepared according to the scheduled time and placed in the cabinet next to the garage door for self-collection. Each package will have a reference number clearly labeled.
Please ensure you check the reference number carefully when collecting your order to avoid taking someone else’s package.
If you encounter any issues during pick-up, please reply directly to the transaction confirmation email, and we will address the matter as soon as possible.
